South Country Angler (SCA) is a fly fishing guide service with deep roots in two very different

environments, the Rocky Mountains of western Canada and the piedmont rivers of west Georgia

                   and east Alabama.

SCA guides warmwater fly fishing trips in Georgia and Alabama for bass and bream during

March - July when spring and early summer fishing is at its finest. We also have trips available

during October - November. Comfortable temperatures, stable water levels, colorful trees,

and fish feeding heavily in anticipation of winter make fall a great time to be on the water in

                    this area.

We head northwest to the Canadian Rockies during August and September to avoid the heat

of summer in the southern U.S. and fish the prime of trout season. Our trout fishing trips take

place on a number of the finest rivers and creeks in southern portions of B.C. and Alberta.

Regardless of which river you fish, August and September in western Canada are synonomous

with clear, stable water conditions, big dry flies, and an abundance of big trout.

The friendly and knowledgable guides at SCA can design a trip to match the needs and goals of

angler no matter their level of experience. Our goal is to provide every client an enjoyable and

                    memorable experience.
